Shipment and Times of Delivery Policies:

Merchandise is sent within three business days, and the time of delivery depends upon the method of shipment you have chosen. (The methods of delivery are noted in the purchase basket).
In cases where the merchandise is returned to us because of incorrect information supplied by the buyer when placing the order, the cost of delivery and time spent dealing with it will be charged to the buyer.

 

Returns:

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. After receiving the merchandise, if, for any reason, you do not want the product, you may return it to us, as long as the product has not been used or damaged, and is returned in its original packaging.

 

 

 

Returns may be made up to 14 days from the date of purchase, by mailing to:

It is important that the returned merchandise and its packaging arrive undamaged. Otherwise, we will not be able to refund the order.

 

After sending the merchandise, please inform our customer service department that it is on the way, by sending an email with the order number and your mobile phone number to customerservice@edushape.com .

Your refund will be made through your credit card, in the amount of the cost of the merchandise, less the cost of the original freight.

 

Did you receive a defective product?

At Edushape, we do our very best to ensure that every product is inspected before leaving the factory. However, mishaps occur occasionally and, if you have received a defective product, send a picture or clip to: customerservice@edushape.com , showing the defect, including the order number and your telephone number. We will take care of processing your request.
